Chinese mezzo Xiaoyi Xu joined the Staatstheater Darmstadt (Germany) in the fall of 2017. In the 19-20 season, she will be seen and heard in the double bill of Marc-Anthony Turnage’s mono drama TWICE THROUGH THE HEART (lead mezzo) and Bernstein’s TROUBLE IN TAHITI (Dinah).
